New Directions celebrates 15 years in business and a company rebranding.

On January 1, 2016, New Directions Learning & Development will begin operating under a new trade name as Aegis 360 Consulting, Inc.  Company ownership and staff have not changed.

Over the past 15 years, the company has grown from its roots in training to include business consulting, success coaching, strategic planning, and Table Top business simulations®.

We had an opportunity to work with Professor Don Thacker, Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Kent State University Stark. Professor Thacker had his senior class of marketing majors take us on as a capstone project looking at rebranding and service offerings.  He divided the class into four teams, and they each worked independently. In May of 2015, they came back with separate proposals.

Based on the results, we adopted the name from one team and color scheme from another team. We instituted several other changes from all four groups. The students worked extremely hard and delivered a first-class project.

In 2019, Aegis partnered with ExperiencePoint.
