New Directions celebrates 15 years in business and a company rebranding
To our customers, vendors and friends:
On January 1, 2016, New Directions Learning & Development will begin operating under a new trade name as Aegis 360 Consulting, Inc. The company's ownership and staff have not changed.
Over the past 15 years the company has grown from it roots in training to include business consulting, success coaching, strategic planning and Table Top business simulations®.
We had an opportunity to work with Professor Don Thacker of the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Kent State University Stark. Professor Thacker had his senior class of marketing majors take us on as a capstone project looking at rebranding and service offerings. He divided the class into four teams and they each worked independently. In May of 2015, they came back with separate proposals.
Based on the results, we adopted the name from one team, colors from another team and we will be instituting several other changes from all four teams. The students worked extremely hard and delivered a first class project.
