Everything DiSC® is a personality assessment that helps you build more effective working relationships based on an understanding of different behavioral styles. DiSC is made up of four basic styles: D, i, S, and C.

Each individual is a combination of the four DiSC styles, with one, two, or three styles typically being more prominent. The DiSC assessment is not a straightforward personality test, and there is no single ideal DiSC style. Instead, each person possesses a distinct behavioral profile that holds significant worth.
